Read Review: Arzon
To the JAV world, Arzon is what IMDb and Discogs are to mainstream cinema and music. It is the definitive reference database of Japanese adult video history, meticulously documenting every commercial release, reissue, compilation, and indie DVD manufactured over the past three decades.
Researchers and fans use Arzon to track down obscure video identification codes (CID), verify actress filmographies, examine high-resolution front and back DVD jacket art, and confirm director credits. The site's cross-referencing capabilities allow users to trace an actress's entire career arc across dozens of different competing studios.
While Arzon functions as an online bookstore and information hub rather than a free streaming tube, its metadata backbone powers the wider international JAV community. It remains the essential starting point for verifying Japanese adult media authenticity.
